Mandated by unanimous OYATE OMNICIYE, the only way the 1851 Treaty could only be relinquished or "broken" would be by a "declaration of war" or by unanimous consent of each person of each of the seven signatory nations - neither of which has happened. 1851 INDIGENOUS NATIONS MUST REAFFIRM THEIR ALLIANCE WITH EACH OTHER THROUGH ALLEGIANCE TO THE 1851 TREATY OF FORT LARAMIE. |
